Magical mornings start with you! As the sun slowly rises over the fields and Mossbylund comes to life, you are already on the move. We are looking for a morning person who loves order, the smell of freshly brewed coffee, and meeting people.

YOUR TASKS You ensure that our restaurant is ready for the day in its best condition. The floors will be spotless, surfaces dust-free, and the restaurant ready to welcome the first guests of the day. When breakfast begins, you are an integral part of the experience – setting up our buffet breakfast together with our breakfast chefs, replenishing with care, selling coffee, clearing dishes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. And perhaps most importantly: you mingle, smile, and make our guests feel seen from the very start of the day.

WHO ARE YOU? You are truly a morning person, meticulous, and have an eye for detail. You preferably have experience in hotel cleaning and breakfast or buffet service and thrive in a role where order, service, and presence are equally important parts of the whole. Shiny floors, inviting surfaces, and a buffet always ready for the next guest – these are things you notice and take responsibility for.

You feel secure even when the pace picks up, collaborate easily with others, and meet both guests and colleagues with a positive and warm attitude. Since our days start as early as 04:00, before public transport begins, you should be able to get to Mossbylund on your own.

We are looking for both those who want to work 60% indefinitely and those who want to work during the summer. Work occurs both weekdays and weekends.

Salary according to the agreement between HRF and Visita:

Standard From April 1, 2025; 149.46 SEK/h From April 1, 2026; 153.64 SEK/h

With 6 years of experience or more From April 1, 2025; 160.56 SEK/h From April 1, 2026; 167.31 SEK/h
